Shanghai Nomura Engineering Co., Ltd.

Established in 2001, Shanghai Nomura Engineering Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan-based Nomura Micro Science Co., Ltd. and a wholly foreign - owned enterprise specializing in ultrapure water treatment for industries such as semiconductors.In 2023, Japan-based Nomura Micro Science Co., Ltd. integrated formerly Swing Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd., a company with 25 years of history, which was then renamed Nomura (Shanghai) Water Treatment Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. and became its second subsidiary in China.  The two subsidiaries merged in 2025, retaining the original company name of Shanghai Nomura. This merger not only strengthened Shanghai Nomura's pure and waste water technology design and service teams, but expanded into traditional industrial markets such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and power generation, laying a solid foundation for further market expansion.
