Product Introduction – Ultrapure Water Products

UF ultrafiltration system

Summary

A membrane separation technology that utilizes ultrafiltration membranes with pore sizes ranging from 0.01 to 0.1 micrometers (µ m), driven by pressure difference, and based on the principle of physical sieving (interception), to efficiently remove impurities such as suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, viruses, and large organic molecules in water.

Specialty

Efficient physical separation: precise screening to remove particles, colloids, and microorganisms (bacteria, viruses), significantly reducing turbidity and SDI value (sludge density index).
Water quality improvement: The produced water is clear and has high microbial safety.
Core pretreatment: As an ideal pretreatment unit for systems such as reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), or ion exchange (IEX), it effectively protects subsequent equipment, extends membrane life, and resin regeneration cycle.
Relatively low energy consumption: The operating pressure is usually lower than that of reverse osmosis (RO).
Chemical cleaning recovery: After membrane fouling, flux can be effectively restored through chemical cleaning.

Purpose:

Widely used in:
RO/NF/IEX pre-processing: protects subsequent core units.
Drinking water purification: municipal water supply, direct drinking water in residential areas, and pre-treatment of bottled water.
Industrial water treatment: preparation of process water for industries such as electronics, power, chemical, food and beverage.
Wastewater reuse: the core unit of reclaimed water treatment.
Biopharmaceuticals: clarification of drug solutions, sterilization, and removal of heat sources.
Pre treatment of seawater desalination.
