Product Introduction – Purified Water Products
NF System
Summary
It is a pressure-driven membrane separation process between reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. The pore size of nanofiltration membrane is about a few nanometers.
Characteristic
Nanofiltration (NF) is used to separate substances with relatively small molecular masses, such as inorganic salts or small organic molecules such as glucose and sucrose, from solvents. Nanofiltration, also known as low pressure reverse osmosis or loose permeability, is an emerging field of membrane separation technology. Its separation performance is between reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration, allowing some inorganic salts and some solvents to pass through the membrane, thus achieving the separation effect.
Usage
Nanofiltration membrane has the characteristics of selective material transmission, can be used for desalting softening, concentration separation, decolorization and deodorization and other processes, and currently have a wide range of applications in food, drinking water, dairy products and beverages, pharmaceutical, textile printing and dyeing, petrochemical and other industries.
